Returns
Due to the nature of our products (drinking mineral water), returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered, except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed if:

The delivered product is incorrect compared to the original order, or

The product is received in a damaged condition.
In such cases, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear proof (photos or videos) of the issue.
Important Notes

The product must remain unopened and in its original condition for any claim to be considered.

We reserve the right to inspect and approve all exchange requests before processing.

Requests submitted after the allowed time period will not be accepted.
